Activation questions  

This is only necessary if you have ordered GVB Flex online. You activate GVB Flex by loading the product onto your card at a ticket machine. Therefore once you have placed your order in the webshop or app, you collect GVB Flex from a ticket machine (you will also receive a message by e-mail). At a ticket machine, select the option ‘Collect order’ in the menu. Once you have done this, the product is activated. If you don’t do this, GVB Flex will be cancelled automatically 14 days after the stipulated start date and nothing will be charged.

You have up to 14 days after the stipulated start date in which to collect your order. Then your order will be cancelled automatically and nothing will be charged. You can then reorder GVB Flex in our webshop, app or at one of our four Service & Tickets locations.

GVB Flex takes effect from the start date stipulated by you when placing your order. Please take into account the moment you collect your GVB Flex product from a ticket machine and load it onto your card. Collect your product before your chosen start date and no later than 14 calendar days after your chosen start date for GVB Flex. The costs for your monthly fixed GVB Flex costs are charged proportionately depending on your stipulated start date.

If you fail to collect your product within 14 calendar days after the chosen start date, your order will be cancelled automatically and you will no longer be able to collect your GVB Flex from a ticket machine.

If you purchase your GVB Flex via a Service & Tickets desk, your GVB Flex once again starts from your stipulated start date. However, the desk attendant will load your GVB Flex product directly onto your OV-chipkaart, so there’s no need to go to the ticket machine.
