Missed check-in/check-out

If you forget to check in or out on public transport with GVB Flex, an amended rate will be charged on your invoice. You can also request this amount back for these journeys via the ‘missed checkout’ service a maximum of 3 times per half calendar year. (A half calendar year is from 1 January to 30 June inclusive and from 1 July to 31 December inclusive).

To notify us of the missed check-out, go to uitcheckgemist.nl. We will then rectify your relayed missed check-in or check-out automatically on your next invoice,
on which two journeys with journey prices will appear:
The first journey is a correction (a “minus” amount) of the original journey and the second journey is the journey now with the correct calculated journey price (a “plus” amount).
